To establish a connection with WhatsApp, we use the services of several WhatsApp providers, connecting via WhatsApp Web technology by scanning a QR code.
Currently, the quality of the connection and message delivery does not depend on the functioning of the WhatsApp mobile application on the user's device. The mobile device is only required for the initial connection.
We have a scheduled connection interruption: daily around 00:00 (UTC+3) the connection is dropped and automatically re-established, this lasts ~1-2 minutes. Automatic reconnections can also occur during the day. User participation in these processes is not required and depends on WhatsApp and the providers.
Messages are successfully sent and received only when the connection is active (Authorized). After connection or reloading, the chat history is automatically loaded, and any missing messages will be added to the program's database.
