The WAMM.chat service has been operating since 2020 with 99.98% uptime and is capable of handling high loads. There is a service status page where you can check the current status and historical data.

There have been no security incidents throughout its operation. The connection uses the SSL protocol and is protected against data interception; data is stored on secure servers in Russia with backup. Chats and correspondence are not viewed by service employees and are not shared with third parties, in accordance with the privacy policy.

There are user roles that restrict access to some key settings and data in your account. If you have multiple messengers connected, you can set or hide the visibility of chats from each messenger for every service user.

You can enable two-factor authentication, and a one-time code will be sent to you upon login; without entering it, you cannot access the account. This makes it impossible to use your password for login, even if it becomes known to third parties.

The client database cannot be stolen or contacted outside the platform. There is no need to provide managers with company social media and messenger passwords. All this ultimately makes working with messengers within the company more secure!
