WAMM.chat provides the capability to export all messages and contact data from connected communication channels: WhatsApp, Telegram Personal, Telegram Bot, MAX Personal, MAX Bot, and Avito — a functionality not available in standard messengers. You can select specific timeframes — from a few days to a complete chat archive. This is particularly useful for preparing reports, analyzing customer activity, or creating backups of important negotiations.


How to Perform an Export

To start an export, go to the additional menu located above the chat list. Select the "Export chats and messages" option, which will open the export settings panel.

Configuring Export Parameters

The system allows flexible configuration of the export to suit specific business tasks.

  • Select a specific communication channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX, or Avito)
  • Specify the time period for data export
  • Define the data type: contacts only or full conversation history

Exported Data Formats

WAMM.chat generates two types of files for maximum convenience when working with data. The first file contains summary contact information, the second — detailed conversation history, which can be easily opened in Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

  • Timestamp — exact time of sending or receiving
  • Phone Number — identifier of the conversation participant
  • Message Direction — incoming (receive) or outgoing (send)
  • Content — message text or link to media files
