If more than one messenger - communication channel - is connected in the program, by default all account users are allowed to use all channels. The administrator can change this: restrict access on the Communication Channel tab.

Account administrators can enter the profile of any user and change their settings, block the user, or change the password. What administrators cannot do is configure notifications to a personal Telegram and set a login code; each user must do this themselves.
