Chat updates, API and additional payment details
We have made it possible to increase the file storage time - up to 6 months. It is included optionally in channel settings and it is paid 90 rubles/month. By default, the file storage period is 2 months at no additional charge. For those who have outdated computers, two options will be useful: "Chat avatars, display" and "Hide pictures in chats, display by click". Each user in the section Profile can disable avatars and media display in chats. For WhatsApp chats, reactions to messages have been displayed, they are displayed as emoticons under messages. If you hover the mouse over a specific smiley face, it will show which of the users reacted to the message. For Telegram chats, you can now edit the text of sent messages, for Telegram Bot - delete messages. Several improvements and international card payment acceptance
Now in the chat list, you have the option to hide the display of the number and channel name to which the chat is linked. However, there are cases where a manager views chats to monitor subordinates, and these views should not mark the chats as viewed. We provide users with the opportunity to use an increased level of protection for their account when using our service. Pinning chats

Autoresponder for WhatsApp messages during non-business hours
Introducing a new feature to our online service: Automatic Replies for incoming WhatsApp messages during non-business hours. Now, you can set up automated responses outside of work hours, ensuring seamless communication with clients even beyond regular office times. The message will be sent once for the first incoming message within a 12-hour window. In the WhatsApp channel settings, you'll find options to enable/disable the autoresponder, define the response message, and set time zones along with work hours for each day of the week. This feature enhances customer engagement by providing timely notifications of message receipt and anticipated response times, thereby elevating overall service quality. Additionally, we'll be rolling out a similar after-hours autoresponder feature for Telegram and Telegram Bot channels.

Connect an additional communication channel - Telegram

From 01.04.2023, the tariffs are changed
From 01.04.2023, the tariffs for access to WAMM.chat are changing! The transition to the new tariffs will make it possible to connect several WhatsApp numbers to one account, and in the future Telegram and other communication channels with customers.
