Services are provided based on the public offer agreement and the privacy policy. We do not enter into individual contracts.
All information about payments, charges, service reports, our details and legal documents, tax residency confirmation are located in the Payment section on the corresponding tabs.
Users generate and download invoices for payment independently also in the Payment section.
If you topped up your balance via bank transfer, you can also download the service report for the specified services in the Payment section on the "Reports" tab. Reports are generated automatically on the 1st of each month for the previous month and are available for self-download. We can also send you the original reports by mail or via EDI, and can provide a reconciliation statement. To do this, just write to us in Support.
