Disabling notifications for specific chats

Implemented disabling notifications about incoming messages for specific chats. If disabled, notifications from such a chat will no longer be displayed on the desktop of the computer and will no longer be sent to the personal Telegram, regardless of the profile settings. This is especially important to disable for group chats, in which usually a large flow of messages and notifications from such chats distract from really important notifications from personal chats.
You can disable chat notifications via the new menu located in the upper right corner of the window. The indicator icon will appear in the list of chats
