Message templates now with files and pictures

We have improved the message templates (quick replies) and now, in addition to text, they can contain files, documents and pictures. This can be used to send directions, details, promotions, price lists, or you can create separate cards for your products or services and send them to customers in one click. See the Help section for more information about message templates.

This idea was proposed by you, our users, and many votes were given for it by other users of the program. If you have a need for new features, add a wish in the section Ideas and vote for those already added.
