We have made a chat pinning function, it is located in the pop-up chat menu and allows you to pin a chat at the top of your chat list. Chats are assigned to each user individually, and not for all users of the account. When displaying a list of chats - pinned chats will be on top, unread chats below. If new messages arrive, the chat will be displayed above the pinned chats to attract your attention.
