Several improvements: the code for logging into the program, reports, signature, and more:

1. To quickly log in to your personal account, you can set a code in the browser. It simplifies entry without compromising security. The code can be reset or installed in the Profile section
2. New reports have appeared:
   • The speed of responses in chats - allows you to see how quickly users respond to customer requests
   • Users, how many were online - allows you to see which of the users spends how much time in the program and in what time intervals
3. For each communication channel, you can now set not only the name, but also highlight it in color in the chat list. This significantly adds clarity to the work
4. Added Internal comments in chats, now you can add a comment message to the chat that only users will see, it will not be sent to the recipient. This can be done by clicking on the icon in the message text input panel
5. Added a signature template to outgoing text messages. Each user can specify the signature text by clicking on the Template button (quick answers) and add a signature. In the text input field, if there is a signature, the "signature" indication will be displayed, which reminds that the text of the message will be supplemented... by clicking on it, the signature for a specific message is disabled
6. Chats can now be blocked - new messages and notifications will not be sent to the chat. This is an internal lock in the program, messages continue to arrive in messengers on a mobile device until they are blocked on the device
