- Now in the chat list, you have the option to hide the display of the number and channel name to which the chat is linked. This setting is available to each user in the "Profile" - "Channel Name in Chat List" section.
- When a chat is opened, it is automatically marked as viewed, and the number of unanswered messages disappears. However, there are cases where a manager views chats to monitor subordinates, and these views should not mark the chats as viewed. You can configure this feature in the "Profile" - "Mark Chats Viewed by You" section. This feature is available only for administrators.
- We notify you when the account balance is running low. Notifications are sent to your email address 5 and 1 day before the funds are depleted. In the "Settings" section, you can change the notification time for 5 days from 3 to 10 days.
- Now we have a new payment service - CloudPayments, which allows for payments with international cards MasterCard and Visa.
- Added a new report "Leads", which shows the number of chats over a certain period where the first message was received from the client.
- Now, when connecting a WhatsApp number, message history and contact list are loaded automatically. The loading period is limited to a short time - 3 days, but it is sufficient to load the current correspondence that occurred outside of our service. You can disable the loading of contacts and messages in the Settings section - Channel: Load contacts when connecting, Load messages when connecting.
