Auto-reply to the first message, marking the chat as unread

We made auto-replies to the first message and after hours for all channels: WhatsApp, Telegram Bot, Telegram. You can enable this in the Settings section for each channel. A chat menu has appeared in the chat list, in which the chat can be made unread.

We did not stop there and implemented the autoresponse function even in those channels where it is not present in the original applications. Now our users can set up auto-replies for the first message and after hours for all their communication channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram Bot and Telegram. This is an additional advantage that makes our service even more convenient and efficient.
