Chat Management Improvements

Highlighting Unanswered Chats
This feature automatically highlights conversations where customer messages haven't been answered within a specified timeframe (3-60 minutes). A flashing red indicator helps you quickly identify priority inquiries. This can be configured by administrators in the general settings.

Chat Tasks
Plan future actions with chats: create text reminders, schedule marking chats as unread, or set completion/reopening times. When the scheduled time arrives, the system will send a notification and add an internal comment. Perfect for tracking important deals and maintaining regular customer contact.

Auto-Scroll Setting
A new profile setting allows the system to automatically scroll to new messages when opening a conversation. This enhances efficiency when working with lengthy chat histories.

Deleted and Edited Messages Tracking
The system now visually marks messages in WhatsApp that have been deleted or edited by clients. This helps maintain a complete history of all communications.

Enhanced Messaging Capabilities

Telegram Broadcasting
Our messaging system now fully supports Telegram broadcasts with the same user-friendly interface available for WhatsApp.
